We are a leading provider of executive search services across a wide
range of industry sectors.
Your privacy is important to us.
We are subject to the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) under the
Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
This statement discloses our information collection, handling
and disclosure practices.
What type of information do we collect?
If you are a candidate, the information we collect may include:

your contact details, education and career aspirations;
·
information regarding your current and previous positions, including
your remuneration, reasons for leaving and an
assessment of your skills,
performance and ability; and
·
results of psychological or competency testing.
If you are a supplier, the information we collect may include your
contact details and transaction records in relation to your dealings
with us.
How do we collect personal information?
Generally we collect information from you.
In some instances, we may collect information about you from
third parties and public sources prior to contacting you directly.
If you are a candidate, we may also collect information from:

your nominated referees;
·
your employer and past employers;
·
public sources of information;
·
third party providers of psychological or competency testing; and
·
third parties who you have nominated or who we consider may have
information about you;
While we request that any information provided to us by a third
party is accurate and up to date,
we are unable to verify the accuracy of any information
provided to us by a third party.
How do we use personal information?
If you are a candidate, we use your personal information in the
course of our business of providing executive search services.
In the event your application for a specific employment opportunity
is unsuccessful, we will automatically retain your personal details
on file in case more suitable opportunities arise, unless you ask us
specifically to delete it.
You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
If you are a supplier, we use your personal information in the
course of our business in sourcing goods and services from you.
We may contact you periodically to confirm that the personal
information which we hold about you is accurate and up to date.
How do we share your personal information?
We will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to third
parties.
If you are a candidate, we may disclose your personal information
to:

our clients;
·
organisations that provide psychometric or competency testing; and
·
your nominated referees.
We are a member of Signium International, a global alliance of
independent executive search firms.
We may share information about you with member firms if
working on a joint international assignment.
If you are a supplier, we may disclose your information to member
firms in the course of our business with you or if they express
interest in sourcing goods and services from you.
What measures do we take to protect information?
We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal
information. We use
physical security systems, network security technology and
restrictions on employee access to safeguard your personal
information.
We do not accept responsibility for the security of information
transmitted to us over the Internet.
How can I access my personal information?
Subject to certain exceptions under the NPPs, you have the right to
access personal information that we hold about you. One exception is that we may deny you access to personal
information that we hold about you if granting access would
interfere with the privacy of another individual.
Where a referee provides a reference about you, they may be
disclosing personal information about themselves.
We will not provide you with access to references about you
without the written consent of the referee.
You have the right to access other personal information that we may
hold about you. We
reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for giving you
access to your personal information.
You also have the right to request changes to any information that
is not accurate or up to date.
