Shane is a Principal Consultant with Crown & Marks Executive Search. Shane is a highly experienced, results oriented Human Resources Executive who is passionate about the quality of the identification and assessment process in executive search. She has a wealth of experience in education and training having started her career with young adults with learning difficulties.
Shane is an Accredited Coach, with a Graduate Certificate in Management, Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Teaching.
Shane has over 15 years experience working with large-scale organisations managing major change programs. Shane was responsible for managing the enterprise-wide “Which New Bank Change Program” focusing on resourcing strategies for the Commonwealth Bank. She designed and implemented processes and performance improvements, resulting in huge cost savings.
Shane has an innovative approach to solutions and was awarded the AHRI award for “Most Innovative Recruitment Practice 2002” for the design and implementation of Australia Post’s streamlined processes.
She is an experienced Executive Search Consultant and coach operating across a number of market sectors both locally and internationally.
Her record of success includes searches for Directors, General Managers and division heads. Her market sector knowledge spans investment banking, private banking, industrial services, manufacturing, construction, engineering, natural resources, government and not-for-profit amongst others.
