Stephen Lennard is Joint Managing Director and founding Principal of Crown & Marks Executive Search. He is widely acknowledged as one of Australia’s leading search consultants, and has experience operating across a number of business sectors.
Stephen holds an Honours degree in Applied Science from the University of NSW and an MBA from Macquarie University.
Earlier in his career Stephen successfully built and developed executive search and selection divisions for two leading international organisations and now has over 25 years experience in the industry.
Prior to entering executive search he spent many years in senior management positions with several Australian and multinational companies, including Kimberly-Clark Australia. He possesses a wealth of business and executive search experience, together with an intimate knowledge of the marketplace. He is highly regarded for his leadership, his determination and his extensive network of long-term business relationships.
His record of success includes local and international searches for managing directors and division heads, chief financial officers, chief operating officers, chief information officers and directors of professional services, corporate affairs and human resources. His market sector knowledge spans investment banking, private banking, wealth management and insurance, industrial services, manufacturing, mining, oil/gas, construction, engineering, government retail and not-for-profit amongst others. |
