Elizabeth is a Senior Associate at Crown & Marks Executive Search with a history of strong relationship building.
With over seven years in executive search, Elizabeth focuses on the management and execution of search assignments both nationally and internationally.
She has extensive experience in identifying and securing senior executives at Managing Director and “C” level.
Her experience extends to listed, unlisted and emerging companies covering a broad range of industries including:
- Financial Services (e.g. life insurance, private equity and venture capital, retail banking and wealth management)
- Industrial/Manufacturing (e.g. automotive, electronic and electrical components)
- Information Technology (e.g. healthcare, mobile media, open source)
- Construction Materials
- Distribution/Logistics
Elizabeth has also gained international executive search experience in cross border searches. Some of the notable assignments have been Managing Director, North America for a Swiss Luxury Brands Manufacturer and Distributor, and Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer, USA for a Swedish Healthcare organisation.
Prior to entering executive search, Elizabeth began her career in the United States in human resource and account management roles at multi-national companies including Aon Insurance and a global advertising agency where she account managed clients in the airline, retail, healthcare and hospitality industries.
Elizabeth has a strong commitment to civic responsibility having held leadership and board of director roles with multiple not-for-profits.
