We undertake individual senior level executive search assignments as well as searches for teams for key projects and succession planning. Typically, we work at Board and CEO level, in the appointment of Chief Executives, Senior Executive Management and Senior Technical Specialists.
Each executive search is unique and commences with research from first principles.
The understanding that we bring to each search assignment is a combination of not only familiarity and insight with particular industries, but also an understanding and appreciation of different organisational cultures and the importance of cultural fit and alignment in executive appointments. We passionately believe that many organisations “hire on skill and fire on culture”. During the process we undertake, we seek to ensure that we stringently risk manage this part of the process.
Board Search
With increasing transparency required by Boards in their composition, Crown & Marks can provide it’s specialist capability in non-executive Board appointments to sectors ranging from listed companies, the private sector, government, higher education and not for profit.
