Consulting

Experienced Executive Search or recruitment consultants who have demonstrated their ability to develop and manage client relationships as well as consistently executing retained assignments; and/or
- Executives who have experience and expertise in specific industry groups including management consulting, banking and finance, government, higher education, engineering, construction and natural resources and who wish to consider a career in executive search.
To be successful, candidates will:
- Have demonstrated his/her ability to develop and manage positive client relationships.
- Is likely to have well developed networks.
- Will possess strong interpersonal skills, personal maturity,and will build strong and constructive relationships.
- Be able to negotiate skilfully and gain the trust of others.
- Have a bias for action, a high energy level and the ability and willingness to seize opportunities.
Researchers
We are interested in hearing from experienced research professionals who are keen to join our dynamic team. As a minimum, you should have one to two years experience in Executive Search or another similar form of research. You will enjoy participating in team-based assignments and also capable of working under your own supervision. You will have a strong commitment to the vision and values of Crown & Marks Executive Search.
